About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of Salesforce development and integration with third-party services using Agile methodologies
- Design custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and approval processes
- Integrate external applications to Salesforce
- Develop customer-facing interfaces and manage users, security controls, and data
- Collaborate with other developers on infrastructure and integration layers
Requirements
- 5+ years of core development experience in Salesforce.com
- 4+ years of development experience in Visualforce, Apex, and Process flows
- 2+ years of Omni Channel experience in Lightning Components, Lightning Events, and Lightning pages
- Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and integration
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Apex, LWC, Integration, SOQL/SOSL, Debugging, Deployment/API, and Flows
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Cloud
- Experience with enterprise application and software development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SFDC and UX integration
- Experience integrating with Angular or React applications
- Experience with OpenCTI Integration
