Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce initiatives from requirements gathering and option analysis through to implementation and closure
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, Lightning Web Components, and Apex
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems using APIs
• Identify, manage, and communicate project issues, risks, platform changes, and release impacts to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation, complete thorough testing, and provide proactive reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM configuration, customization, and application support
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platforms, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with API integration and connecting Salesforce to third-party systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a dynamic environment
