Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for Salesforce production issues, including defects, data integrity, automation failures, and integration errors
• Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) by reviewing logs, debug output, data models, and automation logic
• Implement fixes using configuration or code changes (Apex, Flows, Lightning components) following established change control processes
• Develop incremental enhancements based on user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to refine technical approaches and ensure platform stability
• Ensure all development adheres to SDLC, release management, security, and auditability standards
• Identify recurring issues to reduce technical debt and operational overhead

Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree
• US Citizenship is required
• Ability to commute to the San Antonio, TX office

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Experience with Apex programming, Webservices, Flows, and complex Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Expertise in REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs for third-party integrations
• Experience with Omnistudio, Public Sector Solutions, or MuleSoft
• Experience working in an Agile or Hybrid-Agile environment
• Background in "Big 4" or equivalent professional consulting firms
