Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex Salesforce requirements and assess impact to system architecture
• Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce enhancements aligned to best practices
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Architects, and Analysts to deliver projects and features
• Implement and continuously improve Salesforce security standards and controls
• Optimise system performance and resolve application issues proactively
• Develop and execute technical test plans to validate architectural changes
• Own multiple complex initiatives end-to-end, identifying risks early and driving solutions
• Partner with global teams across time zones to deliver roadmap, BAU, and release outcomes

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud, and APIs
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Flow, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with Salesforce Managed Packages and exposure to Hyperforce
• Salesforce Admin or Developer Certification
• Strong understanding of Salesforce customization, best practices, and QA methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills
