Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Work with project managers and CRM specialists to gather requirements and design technical solutions
• Lead the development process from concept to delivery
• Manage integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Execute data migration strategies and manage releases, including sandbox and metadata management
• Develop and manage Salesforce Service Cloud and leverage AppExchange products

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce.com development experience
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Aura, LWC, and SOQL
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud certifications
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft
• Expertise in data migration and release management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, XML, and JSON
• Experience with ETL tools and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with Salesforce Communities and Partner/Customer Portals
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum
• Advanced Salesforce certifications (Force.com Developer/Advanced Developer)
• Experience in requirement fit-gap analysis and consulting
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models and integration patterns
