About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows
- Build reusable, performant, and scalable Lightning Web Components
- Develop robust Apex solutions including triggers, classes, batch jobs, and integrations
- Follow Salesforce development best practices including bulkification and security
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Support deployments, testing activities, and production issue resolution
Requirements
- 4-9 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows
- Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, sharing/security models, and platform architecture
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and external system connectivity
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD processes
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
