Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate requirements into technical deliverables
• Implement solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Education Cloud
• Write and maintain comprehensive test coverage for all code components
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure high-quality delivery
• Assist in integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware
• Document technical designs, configurations, and code for project knowledge sharing
• Support multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Work in shifts to support global clients across different time zones (AMER, APAC, EMEA)

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of Salesforce developer experience
• Proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, batch, and scheduled jobs
• Experience with API integration (REST and SOAP)
• Experience with Visualforce and Aura (Lightning) components
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Knowledge of databases including SOQL, SQL, and/or Oracle
• Experience working within an Agile development methodology
• Ability to develop practical, reusable, and scalable code for multi-tenant platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• JavaScript knowledge and experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with Nonprofit or higher education sectors
• Familiarity with Eclipse IDE, VS Code, and/or SalesforceDX CLI
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
