Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations including Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Build scalable and secure integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP)
• Collaborate with functional consultants and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design and implement Salesforce data models, sharing rules, and security structures
• Troubleshoot technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices
• Support release management and deployments using CI/CD tools
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical designs and solution architecture

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and security models
• Experience with integrations and data migration activities
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in distributed and cross-functional teams
