Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the university's CRM to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the Enrollment and Student Services division.
• Perform configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform, including developing, testing, and documenting new features.
• Maintain the Salesforce sandbox environment for product testing and enhancements.
• Implement customer-based solutions and develop products on the Force.com platform using Apex and Visualforce.
• Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including student information systems, internal proprietary applications, and third-party tools.
• Provide technical assistance, operational support, and bug fixes for the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with ITS staff and other university departments to provide user-friendly tools for the enrollment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Proven experience with the Salesforce platform or other CRM software packages.
• Proficiency in core web technologies including SOQL, HTML5, JavaScript, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• In-depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations.
• Ability to uphold the University’s Christ-centered mission and values.
