Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and platform solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and API services
• Collaborate with consultants, administrators, and business stakeholders to refine requirements
• Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical spikes
• Assist with decomposing complex technical capabilities into testable user stories
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and release management activities
• Manage deployment activities across development and government environments
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and solution design artifacts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of Salesforce or relevant software development experience, OR Associate’s degree with 5 years, OR High School Diploma/GED with 7 years
• Hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and API integrations
• Experience supporting Agile software development environments
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
