Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Support development across Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and Revenue Cloud.
• Prioritize low-code/no-code solutions while applying custom code for complex business needs.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and core systems including ERP, ITSM, and data warehouses.
• Partner with Embedded Admins and IT Ops teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize architecture.
• Discover and enable workflow optimization through automation and AI.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and system integrations.
• Proven experience working in multi-cloud environments (Service Cloud, FSL, Revenue Cloud).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Einstein, Datacloud, and Agentforce.
• Ability to balance rapid delivery with sustainable, scalable technical solutions.
