Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Build and optimize complex declarative automation using Flows
• Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems via APIs and middleware
• Work within and extend the InvestorFlow managed package
• Troubleshoot technical issues within custom code and integrations
• Develop and optimize batch Apex and asynchronous processes
• Participate in QA processes, including unit testing and release deployments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions
• Support implementation efforts for new business units onboarding to Salesforce

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform
• Strong experience with Apex (classes, triggers, batch, and asynchronous processing)
• Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools including Flows
• Experience developing or supporting Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security models
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with managed packages
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or higher
• Experience in financial services or private equity environments
• Experience supporting major Salesforce system rollouts
