Salesforce Developer Architect

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Salesforce functional solutions and design scalable data models, business processes, and user journeys.
• Perform hands-on configuration of platform components including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security models.
• Translate business requirements into high-level solution designs, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Manage day-to-day administrative activities, including data management, reporting, dashboard creation, and user access.
• Lead stakeholder engagement through workshops and discovery sessions to gather and analyze requirements.
• Oversee vendor and implementation partner relationships, ensuring deliverables align with quality standards and timelines.
• Support the full delivery lifecycle, including build, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Requirements

• Proven experience within the Salesforce ecosystem across functional, development, and administrative roles.
• Strong ability to design and configure complex solutions, including automation and security models.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate requirement-gathering workshops.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, data cleansing, and system maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing external vendors or system integrators.
• Technical familiarity with Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Previous experience in a Lead, Architect, or Functional Developer role.
• Knowledge of release management, DevOps processes, and complex integrations.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Admin, or Consultant certifications).
• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
