Salesforce Developer Architect

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Salesforce functional solutions and design scalable data models, business processes, and user journeys.
• Perform hands-on configuration of platform components including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Implement and manage security models such as profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and implementation partners, providing functional direction and quality oversight.
• Support the full delivery lifecycle, including build, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain Salesforce governance by enforcing design standards and mitigating technical debt.

Requirements

• Proven experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem across functional, development, and administrative roles.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce data modeling, security, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including data management and user access.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical functional designs.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to balance high-level architectural responsibilities with hands-on technical delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing third-party vendors or system integrators.
• Previous experience in a Lead or Architect role.
• Knowledge of complex integrations, release management, or DevOps processes.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Admin, or Consultant certifications).
• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
