Salesforce Data Governance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of User and License Management, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Execute Salesforce configuration changes using Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, and custom settings.
• Oversee Data Governance, Change Management, and Data Policies to ensure platform stability.
• Perform ongoing data cleansing, deduplication, and normalization for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Tasks.
• Conduct regular data audits and recommend improvements to the overall data model and structure.
• Identify and gather business requirements to translate them into scalable, user-friendly technical solutions.
• Monitor user adoption and provide training, enablement, and platform enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive Salesforce technical documentation.
• Work with integrated applications such as RingLead, NetSuite, DocuSign, and Boomi.

Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales or Service Cloud.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce Flows.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Revenue Cloud Specialist certification.
• Additional certifications such as Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or CPQ Specialist.
• Familiarity with Salesforce governance and change management best practices.
