Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications across Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud ecosystems
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
• Manage Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities including data streams, identity resolution, calculated insights, and segmentation
• Maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce applications and enterprise systems using APIs and integration patterns
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, and deployment validation to ensure system reliability
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and participate in DevOps and release management activities
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and global teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 to 9 years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs)
• Direct experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud technologies
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or JavaScript
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Data Cloud Consultant, or Marketing Cloud Developer)
• Experience with enterprise integration tools or middleware such as MuleSoft
• Direct experience with enterprise platforms like AWS, SAP, Workday, or Veeva
• Experience working with customer data platforms (CDP) or marketing automation solutions
