Salesforce CRM Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end CRM projects from initial scoping through to final deployment
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM platforms to maintain the golden client record
• Lead lead management and client survey initiatives to identify business gaps and drive strategic improvements
• Collaborate with data vendors, IT teams, and marketing departments to align CRM capabilities with business goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Monitor KPIs and report on project performance to senior leadership
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and feedback sessions to ensure project alignment
• Ensure strict compliance with POPIA and other relevant data governance frameworks
• Champion CRM best practices and drive continuous improvement across the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM administration, data management, and project management
• High proficiency in Salesforce CRM
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise platforms
• Strong understanding of data architecture, client segmentation, and lead scoring
• Advanced skills in reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, ideally within retail environments
• Knowledge of POPIA compliance and data governance
