Salesforce Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement specialized CRM solutions for internal and external clients.
• Build, test, and deploy configurations and developments for new projects or system evolutions.
• Act as a high-level trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high-impact project delivery.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, including administration and technical development.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in languages such as Java, C++, C#, or Apex.
• Proficiency in database modeling and languages including Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, SQL, or SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning or Aura frameworks.
• Proficiency in web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as JSON, XML, Web Services, SOAP, and REST.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and Platform Developer I or II certification.
• High level of English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Vlocity, Mulesoft, or Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of DevOps and release tools like GIT, Eclipse, or Copado.
• Familiarity with BSS solutions and CRM processes within the telecommunications industry.
