Salesforce Capability Leader

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Salesforce capability in Dublin, aligned with the broader UK&I strategy.
• Develop differentiated Salesforce offerings and go-to-market propositions across key clouds including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Partner with market and account leaders to shape, qualify, and close Salesforce opportunities in Ireland.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior business stakeholders to translate strategy into Salesforce-enabled roadmaps.
• Provide executive sponsorship and oversight for strategic engagements to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Salesforce consultants, architects, and developers.
• Manage practice financials, including revenue growth, margin, and utilization targets for the Ireland market.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce consulting experience within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Proven track record in sales, shaping, and delivering Salesforce solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of core Salesforce products and capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex, multi-phase programs.
• Ability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders and senior technology leaders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a Salesforce practice within a consulting firm.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or specialized Consultant certifications).
• Experience with industry-specific solutions such as Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud.
• Familiarity with the Irish or broader UK&I market and local industry dynamics.
