Salesforce Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Engage customer stakeholders to understand business outcomes and define success criteria
• Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover functional and technological needs
• Synthesize requirements into clear user stories and solution design documentation
• Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements
• Develop innovative Salesforce solutions using declarative configuration, complex data models, and business process automation
• Draft custom development specifications and manage delivery and testing with development resources
• Iterate solutions through adaptive-agile cycles with the customer Product Owner
• Develop and deliver training curricula to end users

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of five years of professional experience
• At least one current Salesforce Certification (Admin, App Builder, or Sales/Service/Community Clouds)
• US Citizenship is required
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Flow Builder and declarative automation
• Experience with business process definition, mapping, and reengineering
• Experience writing Epics and user stories within an Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology
• Experience with data migrations to and from Salesforce
• Proficiency with AI tools
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a "Big 4" or equivalent established consulting firm
• Experience working with public sector clients
• Demonstrable experience with Public Sector Solutions or Omnistudio Consulting
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
• MBA preferred
