Salesforce Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet functional and strategic requirements
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into detailed functional specifications
• Map current business processes and propose improvements aligned with Salesforce best practices
• Create and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, use cases, and technical specifications
• Perform functional configurations within Salesforce, such as managing objects, fields, layouts, reports, and dashboards
• Support the definition of test scenarios, execute functional testing, and validate deliverables
• Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for end users to ensure successful adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a functional analyst or consultant on Salesforce projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, reports)
• Experience using documentation tools such as Lucidchart or Visio
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business language

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification
• Experience working within agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
