Salesforce Business Analyst (Based in Dubai - UAE)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements for Salesforce projects
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows and data models
• Recommend and design process improvements to enhance user experience, system efficiency and data quality
• Configure and optimize Salesforce to align with business processes and improve usability
• Lead workshops, demos, UAT sessions and provide end-user training and ongoing support
• Prepare and maintain documentation for business processes, configurations and training materials
• Coordinate with delivery teams, manage expectations and ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline goals
• Create test cases, perform testing and validate solutions
• Build and maintain strong client and team relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (IT/CS preferred)
• 7+ years Salesforce experience
• Salesforce certifications
• Strong business analysis skills
• Experience with integrations
• Data migration experience
• UAT and testing experience
• Stakeholder management
• Excellent English communication
• Dubai resident

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce consulting or delivery
• Project/functional management experience
• Arabic language skills (advantage)
• Familiarity with Salesforce releases and best practices
• Solution-oriented and detail-focused mindset
