Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing and billing processes
• Document functional requirements and create solution architecture, System Architecture, and Entity Relationship Diagrams
• Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, and bundling
• Design subscription and recurring revenue models
• Design and implement integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, Billing platforms, Payment gateways, and tax engines
• Develop custom workflows, approval processes, and automation for CPQ and Billing
• Configure reports and dashboards as per client requirements
• Prepare configuration runbooks and guide development teams
• Create documentation for CPQ billing processes and conduct user training
• Support deployment and post-implementation enhancements

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce with strong understanding of Revenue Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing
• Hands-on experience with subscription management and revenue recognition
• Hands-on experience with CPQ implementation and Quote to Cash processes
• Experience integrating with NetSuite and ERP via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi
• Experience with Agentforce
• Active certifications in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, Application Architect, Platform Developer I & II, and Integration Architecture Designer
