Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level requirement gathering sessions and define project scope
• Design robust, scalable, and efficient Salesforce architectures using advanced Cloud offerings
• Create complex technical architecture diagrams and workflow designs
• Ensure seamless integration across third-party applications including Gong, Marketo, Workato, Slack, Jira, DocuSign CLM, and Sigma Computing
• Drive automation strategies to optimize system performance and streamline workflows
• Provide technical leadership by guiding development teams, mentoring staff, and conducting code reviews
• Enforce enterprise standards, security protocols, and data governance
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders regarding technical feasibility and trade-offs

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds)
• Extensive experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations as a Solution Architect
• Expertise in designing solutions with intricate integrations and advanced automation
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
