Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce architectures across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions
• Define integration patterns, data models, and system interactions following Salesforce best practices
• Establish development standards, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, admins, and project teams
• Manage Salesforce releases, new feature rollouts, and disciplined change control processes
• Maintain system security, integrity, and governance standards
• Troubleshoot outages and perform root cause analysis

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, development, and design
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs
• Experience developing and using Agentforce functionality
• Proven experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Salesforce certifications (Technical, Application, or System Architect preferred)
• Proficiency working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, data modeling, and governor limits
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
