Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and customize the Salesforce platform to optimize company requirements and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee security by configuring user access, protecting business data, and ensuring alignment with organizational compliance.
• Handle user management, including license administration, role/profile setup, and providing continuous user training.
• Maintain data integrity by creating reports and dashboards, cleansing data, and ensuring Salesforce remains a trusted source of truth.
• Drive platform management by proactively implementing new features and preparing the organization for seasonal Salesforce releases.
• Collaborate with the Information Systems and IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other business tools.

Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
• Extensive experience administering and maintaining Salesforce systems.
• Proven ability to design and sustain Salesforce databases.
• Knowledge of Salesforce updates and practical experience with system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products and their specific features.

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Business Management.
• Practical Salesforce experience demonstrated through freelancing, volunteer work, or Trailhead badges.
