Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of user and license management, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Execute Salesforce configuration changes such as Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, page layouts, and custom settings.
• Identify and gather business requirements to design scalable, best-practice solutions focused on user experience.
• Create and manage the platform roadmap, defining priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Maintain data quality through automation and implement proactive system maintenance, including security reviews and health checks.
• Provide user support, technical documentation, and ongoing training to improve platform adoption.
• Manage sandbox environments and work with integrated applications like DocuSign and Mailchimp.

Requirements

• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Flow and complex configuration changes.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with change management and governance processes.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• Experience working with Apex.
• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree.
• Active involvement in the Salesforce community.
