Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide Salesforce administration and configuration to support day to day business operations
• Champion and drive platform improvements to resolve ongoing problems
• Assist with design, builds, and configuration of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Run requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into user stories and process maps
• Test own work and support user acceptance testing
• Perform data integrity and reconciliation tasks including imports, exports, and mass updates

Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
• Solid hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proficiency with flows, security models, reporting, dashboards, and data management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Administrator certification
• Platform App Builder certification
• Experience with case management, omni-channel, or contact centre in Service Cloud
