Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Configure Agentforce to enable automation using natural language prompts
• Utilize Einstein Activity Capture, Conversational Insights, and flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline pipeline management and forecasting
• Implement best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting
• Maintain and scale Quote to Cash journeys in Agentforce Revenue Management
• Align Salesforce capabilities with marketing strategies and automation
• Monitor platform performance and ensure data quality and accuracy
• Conduct end-user training sessions to maximize adoption
• Oversee administrative functions including access management for joiners, movers, and leavers
• Use Reports & Dashboards to monitor trends and make data-driven decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant
• Experience with Agentforce Revenue Management or similar billing applications
• Experience with Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Next) or Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking and pragmatic problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
• Data 360 Consultant or experience with Data 360 and Agentforce features
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado
• Experience with Juro (Contract Generation) or Everstage (Commissions)
