Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent alignment of Sales and Marketing to optimize the sales process
• Improve and evolve qualified lead processes, distribution, and management
• Provide accurate reporting on key performance indicators with actionable insights
• Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream/downstream systems
• Manage and prioritize simultaneous requests from multiple stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification
• Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
• Strong understanding of custom apps, objects, formula fields, and workflows
• Strong data management abilities
• Ownership of a Mac computer and fluency with the Apple ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
