About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary functional owner of Salesforce to align with business objectives
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
- Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and data quality standards
- Support release management, including testing, documentation, and user communication
- Provide ongoing user support, training, and guidance to drive adoption
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors for custom solutions or integrations
- Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain clear documentation of processes and configurations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a functional focus
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes in sales, service, or revenue operations
- Experience translating stakeholder needs into practical Salesforce solutions
- Strong communication skills for working with non-technical users
- Structured, detail-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification
