Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Own advanced Salesforce administration and configuration including page layouts, fields, objects, and sharing models
• Build and enhance automation using Record-Triggered, Screen, and Autolaunched Flows
• Support Salesforce CPQ administration, including pricing waterfall logic and product rules
• Troubleshoot issues across configuration, CPQ, integrations, and data quality
• Resolve production issues and support cases within defined SLAs
• Partner with developers on complex requirements using Apex, LWC, and SOQL
• Support deployments and release activities using tools like Copado
• Maintain platform documentation and apply Salesforce best practices
• Contribute to AI-driven process improvements and Agentforce configuration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years of Salesforce administration and support experience in an enterprise environment
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Flows, and the Salesforce security model
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CPQ processes
• Working knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL
• Experience with Salesforce data management and migrations
• Familiarity with Outreach, Marketo, Git, Jira, and Copado
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required

• Platform App Builder certification
• Agentforce certification
• Platform Developer I certification
