Responsibilities
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across Salesforce and related platforms
- Conduct data audits, troubleshoot discrepancies, and enforce reporting best practices
- Leverage Salesforce and third-party tools to improve GTM workflows
- Collaborate on integrations and process automation initiatives
- Administer and support tools such as Gong, Marketo, CLM/CPQ, and integrations
- Monitor and troubleshoot data sync and system issues
- Support Jira and Slack workflow automation and alerts
- Maintain both tool and operational process documentation
- Assist with rollout and support of new GTM tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or related roles
- Ability to prioritize urgent requests and collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
