Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to meet business requirements
• Configure workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, and approval processes to automate business processes
• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets
• Provide user training and technical support to ensure effective utilization of the platform
• Import and export data using Data Loader and other migration tools
• Perform data cleanup, deduplication, and maintenance to ensure data integrity
• Execute regular system maintenance, including backups, restores, and sandbox refreshes
• Implement and enforce security policies and best practices to protect sensitive data
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide business insights

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 2-3 years of previous experience with Salesforce and its technologies
• Proficiency with VisualForce and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience using Data Loader
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate issues when necessary
• Experience in a technical support role

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
