About the role
Responsibilities
- Win new business and drive pipeline within the Canadian market
- Partner with Salesforce sales and customer success organizations
- Act as the "quarterback" between customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teams
- Manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, qualification, and closing
- Develop and lead a go-to-market strategy for Canada
- Maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Acquire and maintain applicable Salesforce Certifications
Requirements
- 5-8 years of enterprise software sales experience
- 2-3+ years of experience selling software to the Canadian market
- Proven success selling into large Services accounts
- Experience selling complex technology solutions and end-to-end implementations
- Strong industry knowledge and network with Salesforce channel partners
- B.A./B.S. degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong executive presence and customer-facing communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem and AI technologies
