About the role
Responsibilities
- Win new business, drive pipeline, and build strong customer relationships
- Partner with Salesforce sales and customer success organizations in the Canadian market
- Act as the "quarterback" between customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teams
- Meet sales and high-growth targets as a quota-carrying top performer
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to identify market opportunities
- Maintain updated lead follow-up, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Acquire and maintain applicable Salesforce Certifications
Requirements
- 5-8 years of enterprise software sales experience
- 2-3+ years of experience selling software to the Canadian market
- Proven success selling into large Services accounts
- Industry knowledge and a strong network with Salesforce channel partners
- Experience selling complex technology solutions and end-to-end Salesforce implementations
- B.A./B.S. degree
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
