About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform as a key Account Executive focused on winning new business and driving pipeline
- Build trust and strong relationships with customers
- Partner tightly with Salesforce Sales and Customer Success organizations
- Act as a quota-carrying top sales performer focused on new logos
- Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to identify market opportunities
- Maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Ensure high levels of Customer Experience for both customers and Salesforce
- Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce certifications
Requirements
- 3-5 years of enterprise software sales experience with proven success
- Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (Salesforce)
- Experience selling end-to-end Salesforce implementations
- Experience selling complex technology solutions
