About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform as a key Account Executive focused on winning new business and driving pipeline
  • Build trust and strong relationships with customers
  • Partner tightly with Salesforce Sales and Customer Success organizations
  • Act as a quota-carrying top sales performer focused on new logos
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to identify market opportunities
  • Maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Ensure high levels of Customer Experience for both customers and Salesforce
  • Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce certifications

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of enterprise software sales experience with proven success
  • Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (Salesforce)
  • Experience selling end-to-end Salesforce implementations
  • Experience selling complex technology solutions
