About the role
About the Company
We are the Driving Academy, we provide affordable, state-approved classroom and behind-the-wheel lessons for people who are aspiring to earn a Commercial Drivers License (CDL). Our mission is to help our students get on the Road to Freedom by earning their CDL!
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and leads to identify needs and suggest programs
- Maintain outbound/inbound phone call volume to set sales appointments
- Conduct sales presentations within the office environment
- Process payments via cash, check, and/or credit card
- Field customer questions and complaints
- Instruct new students on classroom and school procedures
- Ensure documentation and service requests are compliant with policy
- Utilize CRM to maintain detailed reports of sales activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including inside sales and telecom sales
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or related software
- Proficient with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related equivalent experience
