Sales/Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to identify needs and suggest appropriate programs
• Maintain outbound and inbound phone volume to set sales appointments
• Conduct sales presentations within the office environment
• Process payments via cash, check, or credit card
• Field customer questions and complaints with appropriate action
• Instruct new students on classroom and school procedures
• Maintain detailed reports of sales activities using CRM
• Ensure documentation is compliant with organizational and state/federal policy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including inside sales and telecom sales
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or related software
• Proficiency with CRM software
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
