About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to identify needs and suggest appropriate programs
- Maintain outbound and inbound phone volume to set sales appointments
- Conduct sales presentations within the office environment
- Process payments via cash, check, or credit card
- Field customer questions and complaints with appropriate action
- Instruct new students on classroom and school procedures
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities using CRM software
- Ensure documentation is compliant with organizational and state/federal policy
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including inside sales or telecom sales
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or related software
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
