About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop individual and team sales action plans to achieve revenue growth
  • Create comprehensive sales plans to capture new market opportunities
  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients to establish new business relationships
  • Anticipate and understand client pain points to convert them into sales opportunities
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and customized solutions
  • Track market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
  • Liaise with technical and operations teams to ensure effective execution of business opportunities
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team
  • Manage sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Prepare monthly sales performance reports

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years in sales or business development
  • Proven track record in Testing, Inspection, Certification, or Training industries
  • Proven leadership ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to tender for government projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and other local languages
  • Computer literacy
