Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan travel itineraries and book flights, accommodation, tours, car hire, and travel insurance
• Convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets to drive business growth
• Build and maintain a customer base of new and returning travelers
• Provide expert travel advice regarding visas, seasonal timing, and destination specifics

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy calendar and inbox
• A genuine passion for travel and helping others explore the world
• Determination to meet sales targets in a high-pressure retail environment
• Computer savviness with the ability to navigate complex booking systems
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, enthusiastic personality
