Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan travel itineraries and book holidays including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and insurance
• Convert enquiries into bookings via in-person interactions, phone calls, and email
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Build and maintain a customer base of new and returning travelers
• Provide expert travel advice regarding visas, seasonal timing, and destination tips

Requirements

• Seasoned traveler with a history of international destinations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy calendar
• Sales target driven with the determination to meet KPIs under pressure
• Computer savvy with the ability to navigate complex booking systems
• Warm, enthusiastic personality that delights customers
