Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan travel itineraries and manage bookings for customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Convert enquiries into bookings for flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, and more
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Build and maintain a customer base of new and returning travelers
• Act as a travel expert by assisting customers with visas, packing advice, and destination recommendations

Requirements

• Proven international travel experience and a passion for discovering new destinations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and respond quickly to inquiries
• Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a high-pressure environment
• High level of computer literacy and the ability to navigate complex booking systems
• Excellent communication skills with a warm and enthusiastic personality
