About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan travel itineraries and book holidays including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and insurance
- Convert enquiries into bookings via in-person interactions, phone calls, and email
- Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a retail store environment
- Build and maintain a customer base of new and returning travelers
- Provide expert travel advice regarding visas, seasonal timing, and destination tips
Requirements
- Seasoned traveler with a history of international destinations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy calendar
- Sales determination and the ability to perform in a high-pressure environment
- Computer savviness with the ability to navigate complex booking systems
- Enthusiastic, warm, and passionate personality
