Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan custom itineraries and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and insurance
• Convert customer enquiries into bookings via in-person interactions, phone calls, and email
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through expert travel advice and exceptional service
• Provide specialist guidance on travel logistics such as visas, seasonal timing, and destination tips

Requirements

• Seasoned traveller with personal experience in international destinations
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage calendars and respond quickly to enquiries
• Sales-driven mindset with the determination to meet targets in a high-pressure environment
• Computer savvy with the ability to navigate complex booking systems
• Enthusiastic and warm personality to engage with a diverse range of customers
