Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan custom travel itineraries and book various travel components including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and insurance
• Convert customer enquiries into bookings via in-person interactions, phone calls, and email
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through expert travel advice and exceptional service
• Act as a travel expert by assisting customers with visas, packing tips, and destination recommendations

Requirements

• Seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and personal travel knowledge
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage calendars and respond quickly to enquiries
• Sales target driven with the determination to meet KPIs in a high-pressure environment
• Computer savvy and able to navigate complex booking systems efficiently
• Enthusiastic, warm, and passionate personality to engage with customers
