Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan custom itineraries and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and insurance
• Convert customer enquiries into bookings via in-person interactions, phone calls, and email
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through exceptional service and expert travel advice
• Provide expert guidance on travel logistics such as visas, seasonal timing, and destination specifics

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and respond quickly to inquiries
• A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help customers explore the world
• Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while managing a high-pressure workload
• High level of computer savviness and the ability to navigate complex booking systems
• Warm, enthusiastic personality that builds rapport with customers
