About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan travel itineraries and book travel including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and insurance
- Convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email
- Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment
- Build and maintain a customer base of new and returning travelers
- Act as a travel expert by assisting customers with visas, packing advice, and destination recommendations
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy calendar and respond quickly to customers
- A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help others explore the world
- Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a high-pressure environment
- Computer savviness and the ability to navigate complex booking systems
- Enthusiastic and warm personality to provide excellent customer service
