About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan travel itineraries and book travel including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and insurance
- Convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email
- Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
- Build and maintain a customer base of new and returning travelers
- Act as a travel expert by assisting customers with visas, packing tips, and destination recommendations
Requirements
- Seasoned traveler with a history of international destinations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy calendar and respond quickly to customers
- Sales target driven with the determination to meet KPIs in a high-pressure environment
- Computer savviness and ability to navigate complex booking systems
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and warm personality
